D\u00e4rmed slutar ASG att vara distribut\u00f6r av CAs produkter i Sverige och flera andra l\u00e4nder. CA f\u00e5r inte l\u00e4ngre tillverka vapen som ASG \u00e4ger licens f\u00f6r\u00a0(beroende p\u00e5 licens s\u00e5 upph\u00f6r avtalen 1 januari eller 30 juni).<\/p>\n<p>I st\u00e4llet s\u00e5 kommer ASG att fokusera p\u00e5 sina egna produkter och varum\u00e4rken. CA kommer forts\u00e4ttningsvis att ha m\u00f6jlighet att tillverka och s\u00e4lja vapenmodellerna (bortsett logotyperna) men ej kunna s\u00e4lja i Europa eller USA d\u00e5 ASG \u00e4ger licenserna och ensamr\u00e4tten till f\u00f6r\u00e4ljning av dessa modeller i n\u00e4mnda v\u00e4rldsdelar.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>S\u00e5 h\u00e4r st\u00e5r det i pressmeddelandet fr\u00e5n ASG:<br \/>\n<\/strong>After many years of partnership ActionSportGames\u00ae A\/S (ASG) and Classic\u00a0Army have decided to end their cooperation from January 1st, 2013.<\/p>\n<p>By this date ASG will no longer act as distributor of Classic Army airsoft products.<\/p>\n<p>ASG will sell its remaining stock of Classic Army airsoft products as soon as\u00a0possible, and will keep servicing Classic Army products bought through ASG.<\/p>\n<p>The sub-license cooperation between ASG and Classic Army concerning ArmaLite, Arsenal, B&amp;T, D.S. Arms and Steyr Mannlicher also terminates by January 1st, 2013. This means that from this date Classic Army is no longer authorized by ASG to utilize the brands and trademarks mentioned above, and these licensed airsoft products can hereafter only be legally obtained through\u00a0ASG and its network of distributors.<\/p>\n<p>Further, the sub-license agreement between ASG and Classic Army regarding Concern Izhmash airsoft products ends by June 30, 2013. By this date Classic Army holds no sub-licenses authorized by ASG or any of its\u00a0licensors.<\/p>\n<p>From January 1st, 2013 ASG will be focusing exclusively on developing,\u00a0promoting and pushing its own brands and its portfolio of licensed products.<\/p>\n<p>Since ASG holds the worldwide exclusive licenses to replicate the firearms and components of ArmaLite, Arsenal, B&amp;T, D.S.
