Glenn John har skickat in information om sin nystartade verksamhet Swedish Practical Airsoft Shooting Organization som kommer anordna prickskytte med airsoftvapen (motsvarande IPSC).
Nu i början kommer evenemang hållas i Karlshamnsområdet men framöver hela Sverige.
SPASO (Swedish Practical Airsoft Shooting Organization) is an organization founded by Glenn John for practical shooting enthusiasts. SPASO is a platform that invites Real Steel/Airsoft Practical Shooters & beginners to test their shooting skills and improve themselves by competing in the amazing sport of Practical Shooting.
SPASO is the first of its kind in Sweden that will be providing a great Practical Airsoft Shooting platform to Practical shooters from both Airsoft and the Real Steel world.
SPASO will be hosting monthly competitions of Airsoft Handgun Practical Shooting and Airsoft 3 Gun platform, leading to National & International competitions.
In Europe itself there exist many Practical Airsoft Shooters and many events take place internationally.

All competitions will be uploaded to YouTube with interviews.

Lanseringen av GK5D GS (AK5D) är nära (i juli) och tillverkaren G&G Armament i Taiwan har offentliggjort mer grafiskt material och GK5D har fått en egen produktsida på tillverkarens hemsida.
Uppdaterat: Enligt Fondprodukter som är nordisk distributör för G&G Armament kommer första leveransen nå Sverige i början av juli.

Tillverkaren Modify i Taiwan har skickat in information om deras nya produkt ”Innovative Anti-Reversal Latch”.
If you have the following problems, you should change your Anti-Reversal Latch.
- You lost the spring of the anti-reversal latch when you install your gearbox parts.
- You hurt or nearly hurt by the unreleased AEG spring when you open your gearbox.
- You damaged the anti-reversal latch spring, which causing damage to the other internal parts.
Modify Innovative Anti-Reversal Latch
- Special E-Ring prevents loss of the spring.
- I-Shaped Groove on shaft allows AEGs spring release before opening gearbox.
- Add a pin to support the spring directly and friendly.
The original design of the Anti-Reversal Latch spring is the circle part on the spring goes around the smaller axle on the latch, and the funky little part on the end of the spring goes up and hooks around the triangle shaped part sticking out from the axle. With it, the latch would have tension to latch onto the bevel stops to stop the gears from backspin. However, owing to the fast movement of the anti-reversal latch, about 20~50 cycles per second, the original design of the spring would result it in a flexible fatigue, and would damage around the hook easily. The little pieces of spring would be moved in the running gearbox and might cause damage to the other internal parts.
A small part gets the job done. Don’t make it loss too easy. That’s why we make the new design, Modify Anti-Reversal Latch. Add a pin to support the spring directly and friendly. Avoid the spring damage around the hook.

Enligt arrangören Berget Events finns Combat Zone (butik), Proelia (distributör) och Tippmann (tillverkare) på plats i safezone.

I augusti kommer Combat Zone flytta sin nuvarande butik i Höör till köpcentrumet Navet i Höör.

Vi ser fram emot att flytta in i den nya lokalen. Det blir lite skillnad då vi har en butik idag på ca 170m² till den nya på lite över 400m².
Så vi kommer att utvidga sortimentet på alla håll och kanter.
Vi kommer att ha 2 st olika skjutbanor som man kan komma ditt och skjuta på.
Vi har dragit oss tillbaka från Göteborg och satsar mer på dom södra delarna av Sverige i dagsläget.

I mitten av juli kommer G&G Armament i Taiwan äntligen lansera sin AK5D-version (GK5D GS) och kort därefter kommer den finnas hos butiker (förmodligen hos svenska butiker i augusti).

Eftersom att det som skiljer GK5D med GK5C är kortare pipa, kortare handgrepp och annan batteriförvaringslösning har tillverkaren valt att skicka med instruktionsboken för GK5C men med ett tilläggsblad som avser GK5D.

Airsoft.nu kollade in prototypen av GK5D GS förra sommaren. Vi vet dock inte om tillverkaren åtgärdade det som föreslogs efter vår snabbkoll. Prototypen har därefter varit på besök hos olika svenska butiker via den nordiska distributören Fondprodukter.
Tillverkaren Modify i Taiwan har skickat in information om att de har lanserat magasinen XTC 190rds Mid-Cap för M16/M4-varianter.
Baksidan har en klack som kan slipas ner för att passa så bra som möjligt i sitt airsoftvapens magasinbrunn.
Detta är en produkt i Modifys XTC-serie och framöver kommer de lansera flera airsoftvapen.
