Den 10 maj är det dags för Airsofter World Games i Sverige.

Det är en internationell turneringsserie där olika lag i respektive deltagande land tävlar om att vinna för att sedan representera sitt land vid den internationella finalen 2026.

I tävlingen i Sverige är i skrivande stund följande lag som ska delta: Cobra Soldiers, GOS & Friends, Tactical Tulips, Bravo Team Gubbe, Mercenaries, Dread Eagles och MTF.

Detta kommer ske vid Frysen Airsofts anläggning Frysen Arena i Jönköping. Det kommer vara möjligt att vara åskådare antingen på plats eller genom livesändning.

De lag som kommer på första, andra respektive tredje plats kommer att bli belönade med produkter från turneringens sponsorer.

Airsofter World Games – Sweden 2025, set to ignite airsoft action!

On May 10, Verage Airsoft organises the first Swedish Airsofter World Games at the Frysen Arena. This thrilling international competition brings together teams from all over Sweden to test their skills and expertise in a tactical, mission driven, 5 vs 5 competition.

The event marks the start of the first national competitions in this international Airsofter World Games competition. The teams compete for a spot on the international competition in 2026 and a grand prize package, put together by brands such as Red Bull, Sordin, Evolution, ICS, Phylax, Frysen Airsoft, Shooters Global and Perun Mosfets.

The total prize pot exceeds over 30000 SEK (3000eur) and includes Evolution and ICS rifles, Sordin earplugs, a Shooters Global shooting timer, Phylax BBs and gas, various Perun Mosfets, Frysen goodies and of course Red Bull.

The support from these companies is a huge push in the back for the airsoft community, nationally and internationally, to keep evolving and putting airsoft on the map.

Two special extras are added to this special event, a livestream and a spectator area.

The livestream includes multi angle static and dynamic cameras, an Ares Alpha overlay to track the players on the field to give an excellent insight in the ongoing game and a duo of hosts to explain the details of what is going on. The Spectator area is located in the center of the action, where spectators can view the game from the second floor while the action is happening below and around them. This gives a perfect opportunity to get familiar with airsoft as a new potential airsofter or enjoy a social day packed with airsoft. You’re welcome from 10:00 till 18:00 to experience the AWG first hand.

Inside the Frysen Airsoft store AWG has set up a test range with various rifles to test. ICS and Evolution provided us with samples for you to feel, shoot and experience.

Under den gångna helgen tillkännagav airsoftprofilen SkinnyBitch (Lisa) i sociala medier att hon flyttar till Sverige.

‼️📣 BIG NEWS!! I’m moving to Sweden 🇸🇪🥳. I think most of you know by now that I love Sweden. Since the first time I went there, back in 2015, I’ve made 16 trips to Sweden. I always got the ’Berget blues’ when we came back from Berget Events , but it wasn’t untill going home from my first time at Bellum Events (in 2019) that I realized that it’s the ’Sweden blues’. So then I decided; I want to move to Sweden. 4 years later, and it’s finally happening! Yesterday we bought a house in Sweden 🥳🥳. Moving is planned for March/April. Home Sweden Home ❤️🇸🇪.

Lisa flyttar från Belgien till Sverige tillsammans med sin make Robrecht, även han airsoftprofil och går under namnet Verage Airsoft.

Var i Sverige har de köpt hus? Lisa berättar för undertecknad på Airsoft.nu att huset de köpt finns i Borås kommun. Undertecknad kan bara konstatera att Borås är ett bra val för den som gillar airsoft på grund av dess läge till olika spelbanor, inte minst Bockaby.
