Polarstar Airsoft kommer lansera gastub i milspec buffer tube-storlek
Tillverkaren Polarstar Airsoft i USA har nyligen offentliggjort att de planerar lansera en gascylinder första kvartalet 2018 som till det yttre inte är större än milspec buffer tube (kolv) för M4.
We’ve had this in the works for a while and we’re now finally able to show it. This is a 4500psi HPA cylinder that is the same diameter as a milspec buffer tube. Its intended purpose is for our gas-in-stock PR15 GEN2 that is currently in development but it can also be used as a stand-alone tank for a lightweight, low profile loadout such as a sniper or designated marksmen.
With a full 4500psi fill we are achieving 300+ shots using an F2 with a .28g BB @ 1.5J through a 6.05x380mm barrel. This is also the smallest option available. We will also be making longer tanks in incremental lengths to correspond with the positions of the PR15’s stock. Therefore you will be able to have more shot capacity if you run your stock three positions out and even more if you run it fully extended.
These are planned to be released within the first quarter of 2018.
The paintball community has expressed quite a bit of interest in our 3.3/4500 cylinder so we did this short video to give a rough idea on shot count. Sorry guys. We only had this dinosaur of a Tippmann 98 to test with. Even so, it still gets 40+ shots out of the little guy.
