Som det har bubblat upp och som många har sett att företaget Combat Systems i Tjeckien börjat erbjuda M90/K byxor i det moderna snittet, det så kallade ”Crye Cut”. Men av vad som även dyker upp när det är ett företag som inte många har haft möjligheten att testa är det självklart kommer upp frågor om kvalité på både hantverket och materialet.

Vi på Airsoft.nu kunde inte annat än att direkt prata med tillverkaren och få svar på frågorna som varit på de flestas läppar. Vi fick ta frågorna på Engelska och de kommer presenteras i samma format. Även en kort sammanfattning kommer följa längre ner.

How’s the sizing? Is it true to the Crye sizing chart or do you follow another chart?

We use same sizes, but our sizing is accurate to real waist size. Crye precision are mostly about 1-2″ above their advertised size. Our 32 pants has really 32″ measurement.

Is it real ”Milspec” M90 and M90K  materials (NIR signature etc.) or a repro material?

M90K (88% cotton, 12% nylon ripstop material) we used to purchase from Armygross.se , but it looks they are no longer able to supply us since they told they do not have anymore in stock? Wierd, but we have another possible source which will be 50% nylon, 50% cotton ripstop, but MOQ (minimal order quantity) is 1000 yards and we don’t know if there is so big market for it. Depends on demand.
M90 we supply from one Germany based fabric manufacturer and its 50% cotton / 50 % Polyester.

Is the material waterproofed/resistant when it arrives to the customer?

No, we use clothing fabric so its made of material usable on field garment so not water or windproof.

How’s the stitching quality? Do you have any policy on how the stitching is done?

We are Czech Republic based manufacturer with employed Czech citizens. We are providing equipment for our armed forces and quality is our priority. We use the best sewing machines available on market (Duerkopp Adler, Juki, Brother), for cutting material we use a CNC laser and for cutting  velcro and webbing we use CNC strip cutter. So we guarantee quality.

If there is problem with product made by us we offer FREE repair or exchange if its possible. Most of our products comes with lifetime warranty. It does not mean lifetime of person but of material itself🙂

During the time just before the interview you mentioned that a batch of M90 products were just about ready. Are these pre-ordered only or shelf items ready for purchase?

We did some stuff in the past for our customers and we are now open to orders. We do not keep stock of equipment in this camo.

Will the M90/M90K camo be a limited run only?

Depends on fabric availability. We are able to product almost any camo if we find fabric 🙂

Will you have any other products in the M90/M90K camo?

We are able to do a lot of stuff with that fabric. We are now developing our own design of combat shirts. We can produce boonie hats etc.

If we find a source on Cordura we are able to also produce pouches etc.

Do you have any other upcoming projects that you could give a teaser for?

We are preparing some Cobra riggers belts, laser cut product line and many more in future. We want to start doing our own designs instead of making repros, which is not the primary way we would like to go in the future.

Materialet för M90K är just nu precis samma blandning som vissa andra svenska tillverkare har. För M90 gröna är originalen ofta beskrivna som 50% bomull och 50% polyamid (även känt som nylon).
